Customer Experience Coordinator

Our dream is to make every moving trailer a full trailer. vHub reduces CO2 emissions and increases profitability for the trucking industry by enabling more efficient use of equipment. vHub is a spinoff of Finloc 2000 Inc., a 40+ years old financial services firm specializing in freight transportation equipment. Finloc 2000 Inc. and Manac, Canada’s largest trailer OEM, have common ownership.

We want to add a Customer Experience professional to our team to help grow and improve our customer service and experience. In this role, you will be supporting our customer experience and operations team in providing the best experience for our users. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships. As you will be working closely with the client, it will be your responsibility to understand their needs and take into consideration their feedback and communicate with the team to help improve website and application functionalities.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vHub users to understand their needs
  • Support vHub users in the trailer rental process
  • Building client relationships
  • Understanding, applying, and optimizing client success process
  • Acquiring new clients
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Understanding clients needs

You will report to our Director of CX and have the opportunity to learn and grow as we do. However, you will also have a large amount of day-to-day autonomy and be responsible for managing your own time and priorities.
