How do I open an account?
We verify members before allowing them onto the platform, and getting started is easy. Simply fill out the form on vHubapp.com. The vHub team reviews applications, confirming accounts within one business day.
How do I list my trailers?
Simply create an account with vHub and add your trailers. Include all details and pictures to help renters know what to expect. Then, set corresponding availabilities and rates before publishing your listing. If you have your fleet details in CSV format, you can import the information into our system to streamline your listings.
Who insures the goods or rented trailers?
Our platform helps manage arrangements by requiring adequate coverage. Each renter must be insured for the assets they want to utilize on the vHub platform. Insurance proof must be loaded into the system to increase transparency and keep documentation readily on hand. The asset owner can cancel the rental if not satisfied with the coverage defined in the proof of insurance. Renters must insure their cargo is adequately insured as well.
Who takes care of invoicing?
vHub takes care of all payment details, including invoicing renters and collecting funds. Once the transaction is complete, vHub marks funds to be transferred on the 15th of the next month to the owner of the trailer.
